Before + After: Project Oz

Since 1973 Project Oz has been helping youth and families. They reunite families, help kids stay in school, teach young people useful skills, and teach students how to keep their lives drug free.

Before

We were so excited to get the opportunity to work with such an important organization. Project Oz is changing lives every day and they needed a website that would help those who are looking for help find Project Oz easily and get the information they needed fast.

Their old website was outdated and lacked the key information that people needed to be able to find quickly and easily. It was difficult to update, unresponsive, and in general needed a re-do.

After

Once we met with Project Oz  for their Mega Meeting (part of our website process) and understood their goals for the new site, we got to work designing and developing a site to help others.

They wanted a system that allowed them to update their own content easily – we built their site (like we do all of our sites) on the ever popular WordPress platform.

They rewrote their content and organized it in a way that was helpful to those looking. Their big focus was on youth and parents – so we made those two of the main menu items on the new site.

Lastly, the new site is equipped with a fully responsive design and a mobile website – making it effortless for visitors to find information easily no matter their screen size.
