Position:  Inside Sales Intern

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an energetic, competitive self-starter who is passionate about driving revenue, increasing client base, and setting appointments. You must be results-driven and committed to creating new business opportunities in a dynamic marketplace.

The ideal candidate must have had success in an outbound appointment setting position previously. The candidate should have business and related industry knowledge with a proven ability to develop leads. We are looking for someone interested in being part of a young, growing company where every Mavidean (Mavidea employee) has a direct impact on the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments for outside sales representatives
  • Learn the features and benefits for all products and services sold at Mavidea
  • Complete initial training program and attend weekly sales meetings for recurring training
  • Maintain a professional attitude in dealing with customers, prospects, and staff members
  • Clearly and accurately explain features and benefits to prospects in non-technical terms
  • Maintain accurate notes in our CRM system and update records as required and instructed
  • Meet a minimum amount of calls a day to provide leads and meet a monthly appointment quota
  • Work as part of a team of dedicated sales reps to achieve team sales goals
  • NO web design or technical skills needed – these are sales only positions

Compensation

  • Hourly base based on experience
  • Per appointment bonus
  • Commissions for new business closed

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an inside sales capacity making outbound calls
  • Must have a outstanding understanding of sales and customer service principles
  • Must have excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
  • Must present a professional and dignified image to prospects, partners and customers
  • Demonstrate a friendly nature and the people skills necessary to sell our product
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. US citizenship is required.
