Recently, we redesigned Dr. Skip Binch's website - a well known dentist in Champaign, IL.
When we first met with Skip it was clear that he cares very much about his patients and his patients care very much about him. The majority of their business comes through referrals and word-of-mouth, they barely do any advertising.
Their website was outdated and did not accurately portray the message they wanted to send new and current patients.
Previous Website
As an established dentist in the market, Skip wanted his website to communicate the friendliness of himself and his staff to potential patients. He also wanted a site that was easy to navigate/understand.
Based on these goals, we felt it was very important to focus on Skip and his staff. We had a videographer come out and do videos of each staff member and we created a Meet the Team page on their website that helped people get to know him and his staff better. Other than that we focused on creating a design that has a lot of white space to give the clean/medical feeling that is important for a dentist’s online look.
